Amazing and helpful staff. Everyone was very friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is located near a cute market and an amazing pizza place! The hotel is also situated close to all the tourist attractions - only a 30 min walk to the colosseum!
Absolutely loved my stay of 5 nights here. The rooms are so clean and spotless, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is located in a residential area, away from the bustling city center. There are plenty of buses that can be taken to get to the city center pretty easily. There is a market right infront of the hotel, and good restaurants in the area.
A little off the beaten path. Taxis will add up in costs if you aren't up for metro or lots of additional walking. Clean and modern. Good staff support in person and through app chat. Nice breakfast option €15, a day, and good free coffee/espresso/latte machine 24/7. You may not see the Testaccio neighborhood unless you stay down this way, and it is a part of the greater story of the city. It will be great once the art museum renovation is complete.
What can I say? Simply the best! The hotel is lovely, new and comfortable. It’s in a lovely location, close to the Aurelian walls, with fabulous restaurants nearby. What makes Sonder Testaccio outstanding is the staff. I have never met such professional, kind and friendly people. They really went above and beyond to help us during our stay. I will definitely be back!
I really enjoyed my stay at Sonder Testaccio. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. It also had a balcony—perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. The neighbourhood is one of the best in Rome, full of local charm and far from the usual tourist crowds. It’s a great place to experience the authentic city and enjoy some of the best restaurants around.
